Michael Anthony is an international award-winning photographer, speaker, and writer based in the Santa Clarita Valley and the co-owner of SoCal headshots, Michael Anthony Studios, Inc., & Elevate Photography Education.
Michael has earned over 200 awards in international print competitions, was named “Best Wedding Photographer in the USA (#2 Worldwide) in 2019, and is a designated “Master of Photography” by the Professional Photographers of America.
Michael has also earned the Gold medal for Team USA in the 2020 World Photographic Cup, and is a coveted “Best of Nations” winner.
Michael teaches photographers all around the world, is a regular speaker at every major US international photography conference, and is endorsed by many different companies. Michael has been named a “Legend of Light” by Profoto, Ambassador to Magmod, and is a former Sigma Pro. Michael has been featured in advertisements by Canon USA, Profoto, Sigma, H&H Color Lab, Magmod, and Album Epoca Italy.
