In light of the update to both state and county re-opening restrictions, businesses are preparing to return to “normal” work practices. 

However, there are many regulations, protocols and best practices that businesses must follow in order to avoid potential risk of liability. Brian Koegle, from Poole Shaffery & Koegle, LLP will update members on:

  • Federal and state regulations affecting COVID-19 testing and vaccination requirements;
  • Reasonable accommodations for employees;
  • Reporting, documentation and best practices for management while interacting with employees coming back to work. 

We will also be joined by Dr. Bhatt from UCLA who will discuss best health practices for businesses and pitfalls to avoid.
