- Competitive mark ups for Temp to Hire positions
- 20% for all Direct Hire placements
- Volume accounts and rollover can be negotiated
- Specialized in upper management placement roles
RATES INCLUDE:
- Full recruiting, screening and onboarding
- 24/7 access and communication to partnership staff
- E-billing is offered as a payment option
- We are a fully insured agency
- We run E-verify, 10-panel drug test, background check
- We cover all workers comp, federal and state taxes and insurance cost
CONVERSION HOURS:
- If you decide, you may hire our associate after 580 hours at no cost to you
- We specialize in temporary work, temp to hire or direct hire
RISK MANAGEMENT:
- Assessment of client’s facility and assist to comply with OSHA standards and IIPP
- Forklift certification to associates and your employees if needed
- Create safety programs and trainings for employees
