As residents for almost 30 years, our mission is to bring a sushi restaurant to the valley with incomparable food, service, atmosphere, and all around "vibe".. something Santa Clarita would be proud of.  We wanted to give people a "date night" sushi bar, which we were lacking.  We wanted to save the drive "to LA" for those of us that want an elevated sushi experience.... so we opened Hanasaki Sushi Bar... our love letter to Santa Clarita. We specialize in sushi and our passion is people.  We source top quality ingredients, and have assembled the best team in the business, and it is our sincere pleasure to serve you.
