I'm Martin Navarro, a California Business Broker and M&A advisor serving business owners and buyers across Santa Clarita, Los Angeles County, Ventura County, and the surrounding Southern California markets. I handle business sales and acquisitions across all industries, from Main Street businesses to lower middle market deals.

My background in accounting and business management, combined with six years in the U.S. Marine Corps, shapes how I work: rigorous financial analysis, disciplined deal structuring, and a straightforward process that keeps transactions on track from valuation to close.
