About Bridge To Home SCV

Bridge To Home SCV is Santa Clarita's only year-round shelter. We operate a 60 bed shelter and provide programs and services that move people from homelessness to housing.

The mission of Bridge to Home is to provide shelter, support services, and permanent affordable housing and to advocate for sustainable solutions for our neighbors in need.
