Corporate culture refers to the beliefs and behaviors that determine how a company's employees and management interact and handle outside business transactions. Often, corporate culture is implied, not expressly defined, and develops organically over time from the cumulative traits of the people the company hires. Join Andrew Aston, co-founder fo the Human Element Company, as he discusses the importance of culture in a company.

Andrew joined the technology recruiting sector in 2002 in Los Angeles. For the next seven years he developed his leadership and management skills in this industry. In 2009 he founded a technology recruiting company that grew to a national company with branches in NY, Atlanta and Los Angeles. He successfully excited the company in 2016 and co-founded the Human Element Company. He is passionate about coaching, mentoring and building strong cultures. He has assisted thousands of people on landing their next opportunity. He continues to coach youth sports as a volunteer and mentor to make community service a part of his mission.

This is a Chamber-Member exclusive.
