The SCV Chamber of Commerce represents more than 65,000 member employees by promoting business growth and enhancing the vitality of the community through value-driven member services, educational programs, strategic partnerships, community outreach, and legislative advocacy.

The chamber collaborates with government, education, and private industry to strengthen local businesses, to be an advocate for business, and affect the high quality of life for which SCV is known for. A Chamber membership is not a cost, it's an investment. You can join for as little as $1/day ($365 annual dues).  The benefits and resources available through an SCV Chamber membership will provide lasting value in promoting your business and expanding your network of contacts.

What is the annual fee for membership?

The annual fee for membership ranges and is based on the type of package you and your company have selected.  You can join for as little as $1/day ($365 annual dues). An Affiliate membership for small business starts at $365 per year and corporate memberships start at $1,500 per year.

What regions are Chamber businesses located?

Our members are primarily located in the Santa Clarita Valley including the local communities of Valencia, Newhall, Canyon Country, Saugus and Castaic. We also have members from the neighbouring  communities of Granada Hills, Sylmar, Acton, Agua Dulce and beyond.

What types of businesses are involved with the Chamber?

Your membership works for you each time you attend a meeting, mixer or special event. We have a wide-array of events and business councils for you to become involved with to increase your network and expand your business.

What are some of the networking opportunities available?

We host several monthly business council meetings and monthly networking mixers. All of our meetings offer opportunities to promote your business, connect with other businesses and community members who live and work in our area and focus on topics relevant to the business community.

Do you charge extra to attend meetings or mixers?

Membership has its benefits.  All of our events have special member-rate pricing.  We also offer member-exclusive events and complimentary events for our members.  The Chamber works to provide our members with value-driven programming to help maximize your membership investment.

What marketing opportunities are available through the Chamber?

We offer a number of ways to promote your business at no additional cost. These include a listing in our annual business directory, inclusion on our website with a direct link to your website and personal referrals for inquiries.  Our partnerships with the SCV Business Journal and KHTS Radio give our members exclusive discounted advertisting rates.  We also coordinate celebratory ceremonies to announce the opening of your business or milestone anniversary.

What are some of the other means for promoting my business?

The Chamber offers multiple promotional opportunities via annual events, mixer tables, raffles, sponsorships and print/online advertising.

Is the Chamber involved in local government?

Yes. The Chamber is the leading business advocacy organization in the Santa Clarita Valley.  We are always working to advocate for business and work closely with local government representatives. Additionally, the Chamber hosts regular Current Affairs Speakers Series and monthly Government Affairs Council meetings.

What are some of the community relations advantages of membership?

The Chamber is very active in the community it serves; we are more than just a business organization. Some of the community activities put on by the Chamber includes the Patriots Luncheon, #EmpoweringWomen Lunch Series, Latino Business mixers, NextSCV young professional events, SCV Biz Expo and Health & Wellness Forum.
