PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION PROGRAM

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers intensive, clinically focused day treatment for adults facing substance abuse, dual diagnoses and mental health challenges. Return home in the evening while receiving comprehensive care.

THE ACTION SOBER LIVING RANCH & EXTENDED CARE PROGRAM

Located on a serene property in Santa Clarita, our Sober Living Ranch offers an affordable, supportive and structured environment for adults transitioning from residential treatment.

MEDICAL ASSISTED TREATMENT (MAT)

Our MAT Program integrates FDA-approved medications (like Vivitrol and Suboxone) with counseling and behavioral therapies for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and/or Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD).

Understanding that MAT supports physical recovery by alleviating withdrawal and cravings, helps restore brain function for improved stability, and significantly reduces the likelihood of relapse, we emphasize that it crucially works in conjunction with therapy and ongoing support. Our program features personalized treatment plans, safe and effective medications tailored for OUD and AUD, integrated individual and group counseling, comprehensive behavioral therapies like CBT and MI, and consistent monitoring and support.

ACTION IN THE COMMUNITY

We offer faith-based recovery groups at the Hope Center SCV for clients who find strength and healing through spiritual connection. These groups provide a safe, supportive space to explore recovery through the lens of faith, drawing on principles of hope, forgiveness, and personal growth.

TIDE PROGRAM (TRAINING, EDUCATION AND DRUG EDUCATION)

TIDE is a free program by the William S. Hart UHSD, ACTION DRUG REHAB, and the SCV Sheriff's J-Team, offering an alternative to suspension for students who violate Education Code 48900 [c]. Instead of serving a two-day suspension, students must complete the two-day program to have their suspension reversed.

TIDE addresses more than just substance-related issues—it provides education, support, and intervention for students facing various challenges. Parental involvement is key to a student's success in the program, reinforcing accountability, open communication, and long-term positive change. When parents actively participate, students are more likely to make better choices, build resilience, and thrive both in school and in life.

Parents must attend a 10-minute session on Tuesday from 8:00 to 8:10 a.m. Both teens and parents are required to attend a one-time evening Parent-Teen Support Group on Tuesday night.
