Event Description: Come find out about Propositions 30 and 38 on California's November ballot, which would raise taxes to fund education, in a debate at California State University, Northridge. Civil rights attorney Molly Munger and Reason Foundation representative Lisa Snell will debate the pros and cons of these initiatives at a public forum. CSUN's Tseng College, Academic Affairs, the Bookstein Institute for Higher Education in Taxation, the Political Science Department and the Oviatt Library sponsor the event.
